Attachment-Focused Sleep Support

Available to families virtually across Canada.

I help parents work with their baby or toddler’s developmental biology, instead of against it, to achieve healthy & sustainable sleep relationships.

In the first 3 years of life, your little one is busy developing their limbic system, or emotional brain. This development is nurtured through connection, responsiveness, & attachment. Because sleep represents a huge portion of our baby or toddler’s life, the way we approach sleep and sleep disruptions must be done in a way that does not compromise attachment & brain development.

If you’ve been looking for a sleep support option that does not utilize classic sleep training methods or cry-it-out, then you’ve found the right place. Instead, I help parents look at all of the factors that may be impacting sleep and then offer attachment-focused & developmentally appropriate tools that help the whole family sleep better.

As a Baby-Led Sleep & Wellbeing Specialist:

  • I promise to NEVER use any kind of sleep training. Instead, I will guide you in learning how to empower your child to get more sleep without sleep training, in a way that feels right for your family.

  • I promise to NEVER ask you to leave your child to cry in isolation. Instead, I will support you in making space for your child's emotions so that you can grow together through the hard moments, not apart from them.

  • I promise to NEVER force you into making changes you do not feel comfortable making. Instead, I will guide you in keeping the things you love and changing the things you don't. We will collaborate to make a plan that feels good in your heart.

Sleep Education

If you're looking to better understand your baby or toddler’s sleep or need support with minor sleep disruptions, a Sleep Education call is a great place to start.

Ahead of our call, you’ll complete a condensed Sleep Intake Form to share details about your child’s sleep habits. During the session, we’ll review your intake, talk through any concerns, and create personalized, actionable steps tailored to your family.

After our conversation, you’ll receive a written summary of everything we discussed to support you moving forward with confidence.

The Sleep Education call is available to families with little ones age 0-3 years.

Two-Week Sleep Support Package

My Most Popular Option!

The Two-Week Sleep Support Package is designed for families who want to uncover the root causes of sleep disruptions and receive ongoing support as they make meaningful changes.

Whether you're navigating split nights, frequent wakings or feeds, false starts, or transitions like moving your baby or toddler to their own room—this package offers the guidance and accountability you need.

We’ll begin with a detailed Sleep Intake Form, followed by a Sleep Education Call where we’ll review your intake, discuss your concerns, and develop a personalized, actionable sleep plan tailored to your child and family.

After the call, you’ll receive a written summary outlining everything we discussed. From there, you’ll have two weeks of weekday email support, with check-ins up to once per day. I’ll be there to answer questions, provide suggestions, and support you through any challenges or transitions as they arise.

Four-Week Sleep Support Package

The Four-Week Sleep Support Package is ideal for families experiencing more significant or complex sleep challenges—or those simply looking for more in-depth support over time.

This package is especially helpful for parents of twins, siblings who are both struggling with sleep, or little ones who are waking frequently and struggling to settle, showing a strong preference for one parent at bedtime, or experiencing daytime difficulties related to poor sleep.

We’ll begin with a detailed Sleep Intake Form, followed by a Sleep Education Call to review your child’s sleep history, address your concerns, and create a customized sleep plan.

After the call, you’ll receive a written summary of everything we discussed. Then, over the course of four weeks of weekday email support, we’ll stay closely connected—checking in up to once per day (Monday through Friday). I’ll provide guidance, make adjustments as needed, and support you every step of the way.

I often work with clients who are experiencing:

  • frequent wakes

  • split nights

  • tiresome bedtime routines

  • nap transitions (& how to know when it’s time)

  • early rising

  • strong parent preference

  • cat napping

  • false starts

“…I would absolutely recommend her because she is unique and thinks outside of the box when it comes to sleep support. She is not a one size fits all approach and she really does try to offer suggestions that are seriously tailored to your individual needs. I love the approach she takes of building a better relationship between you, your baby and sleep. It just makes so much sense to approach it that way. It took a few days but my 2 year old went from multiple night wakes and fighting going to bed to only 1 or 2 wakes a night and zero fighting…”
