Every postpartum experience is unique. That is exactly why I remain flexible with what I offer. Choose from individual services, or bundle them together in one of my curated packages.
Doula Services

Virtual Service

Virtual Service

Receive experienced, hands-on or conversational support in the first days, weeks, and months of postpartum. Too tired to cook? Want to have a full shower and nap? Need support navigating feeding & sleep? Katie can help with it all. You deserve support; you were never meant to do it alone.
In-Person Service
$40/hr (3 hr minimum/visit)

Treat yourself to a fuller night of sleep with overnight support. Katie will tend to your baby’s needs throughout the night and complete light household tasks if requested. If you are breastfeeding, she will bring baby to you; if you are bottle feeding, she will take care of it all while you sleep.
In-Person Service
$320/night (twins $350) 10pm-6am
Find Your Flow
The Find Your Flow Package is ideal for families looking for gentle, in-home postpartum support about once a week. Each 3-hour visit is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’d like to talk about postpartum recovery and infant feeding, have nourishing meals prepared, or simply rest while I care for your baby, these visits are all about supporting you.
If you find that five visits aren’t quite enough, no problem. We can add as many more as you’d like. And here’s something important to know: my postpartum support extends all the way through your baby’s first year. Your journey doesn’t stop at six weeks, and neither does my care.

Rooted
The Rooted Package is designed for families who’d like a bit more hands-on support—typically around two visits per week—as you settle into your new rhythm. Before your baby arrives, we’ll connect for a planning call to thoughtfully prepare for your postpartum experience. While birth plans get a lot of attention, I believe your postpartum plan is just as essential.
During this call, we’ll explore what’s most important to you: how you hope to feed your baby, routines you’d like to establish, boundaries that support your well-being, and how you and your partner plan to share responsibilities.
Once your little one arrives, we’ll bring that plan to life. Each 3-hour visit is intentionally shaped around your evolving needs. Whether that means discussing postpartum healing and feeding, preparing nourishing meals, or caring for your baby while you take time to rest, these visits are all about supporting you.
After your 10 included postpartum visits, you are welcome to continue receiving support as needed. All of my packages offer the flexibility to book additional visits right up until your baby’s first birthday.

Radiant
The Radiant Package offers the full doula experience for families seeking support through pregnancy, birth planning, postpartum preparation, and hands-on care after baby arrives, including overnight support.
Before your baby is born, we’ll have three intentional planning calls. Two of these will focus on your birth; what you hope it will look like, and just as importantly, how you’d like to navigate the unexpected. The third call will be dedicated to creating a postpartum plan, covering everything from feeding preferences to shared responsibilities and the boundaries that will help you feel most supported.
This package is perfect for the parents who want to book about three postpartum visits a week once baby arrives. Each 3-hour visit is designed around your unique needs. We might spend time discussing recovery and infant feeding, preparing nourishing meals, or caring for your little one while you get some well-earned rest. Every visit is centered around you.
This package also includes overnight support, a deeply restorative offering, no matter how you're feeding your baby. Each 8-hour overnight shift is tailored to help you get the sleep you need while your baby is lovingly cared for. We'll talk through what a restful overnight looks like for your family.
With 15 daytime visits and 3 overnights included, you’ll feel well supported, and you’re welcome to add as many extra visits as you'd like, right up to your baby’s first birthday.
