Receive experienced, hands-on or conversational support in the first days, weeks, and months of postpartum. Too tired to cook? Want to have a full shower and nap? Need support navigating feeding & sleep? Katie can help with it all. You deserve support; you were never meant to do it alone.

Overnight Support
Getting a restful sleep is absolutely priceless when you have a newborn. Overnight support includes baby feeding, changing, & soothing, household chores (if not disruptive), and expert advice if requested. This service is flexible and is designed for both breast and bottle feeding families.
In-Person Service
$320/night - 10pm-6am
Package One
Package One is ideal for families looking for gentle, in-home postpartum support about once a week. Each 3-hour visit is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’d like to talk about postpartum recovery and infant feeding, have nourishing meals prepared, or simply rest while I care for your baby, these visits are all about supporting you.
If you’d like to continue support after these initial five visits, no problem. We can add as many more as you’d like. And here’s something important to know: my postpartum support extends all the way through your baby’s first year. Your journey doesn’t stop at six weeks, and neither does my care.

Package Two
Package Two is designed for families who’d like a bit more hands-on support as you settle into your new rhythm. This package is perfect for you if you are looking for 2-3 daytime visits each week plus the odd overnight support shift.
Each daytime visit (3 or more hours) is intentionally shaped around your evolving needs. Whether that means discussing postpartum healing and feeding, preparing nourishing meals, or caring for your baby while you take time to rest, these visits are all about supporting you.
Overnight shifts (8 hours) are designed with breast, expressed, and formula-feeding families in mind, and they are ALWAYS tailored for you. Imagine a night where I take care of changing and settling your baby between feeds while you focus on catching some well-deserved Z’s.
Once your initial 45 hours of support have been used, you’re welcome to continue with additional care as needed. All packages include the flexibility to book extra visits anytime up until your baby’s first birthday.
PS. Most families I work with continue booking postpartum support until at least 6 months postpartum!

Package Three
Package Three offers comprehensive postpartum care to families looking for regular daytime and overnight support in the weeks and months as they adjust to life with a newborn.
Daytime visits (3+ hours) flow with whatever you need most that day. Whether it’s chatting through feeding and recovery, help with a simple meal, laundry, or having someone care for your baby while you lie down, this time is here to support you in a real, practical way.
Overnight support (8 hours) is shaped around your feeding routine and comfort. While you rest, your baby is cared for between feeds so you can relax, settle in, and get some much-needed sleep. Quite tasks like folding laundry can also be completed for you.
With 90 hours included in this package, there is SO much flexibility in how you choose to book your support.
Once your initial 90 hours of support have been used, you’re welcome to continue with additional care as needed. All packages include the flexibility to book extra visits anytime up until your baby’s first birthday.

Most of my clients reach out during their pregnancy, however some decide after baby is born that they want a doula on their team.
Reaching out early ensures I will have availability for you, however I do my best to support everyone!

My average is about 6 months with each family. Most families book visits more frequently in the early months, but still appreciate my support later in postpartum so they continue to book!
